Jacob T. Youn

Jenny Zheng founded the Maryland Youth Wushu Club in collaboration with CAPA SEEDS, teaching over 50 students over the course of one year. She developed curriculum to suit each child’s needs. She also created an initiative to bring music to senior centers during the pandemic. Her virtual performances involved other musicians. Lastly, Jenny Zheng was the volunteer social media coordinator for the Maryland Classic Youth Orchestra, an orchestra that she participated in. Her work helped generate more interest for classical music in her community.
